Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) hereby gives notice of the expiration, on October 31, 2008 of capacity that is currently under long-term firm service agreement that carries a Right of First Refusal ("ROFR").

Consistent with Paragraph 33 of GTN's tariff (“Tariff”), the original capacity holder of the firm transportation agreement expiring October 31, 2008 has elected to enter the ROFR process. The volume available is shown below. Pursuant to the ROFR process outlined in Paragraph 33 of the Tariff, GTN will offer an individual parcel of this capacity via open bidding at least three months prior to the existing expiration date. Bids accepted by GTN for this capacity will be subject to match by the current capacity holder.

Kingsgate to Malin (October 31, 2008):  15,000 Dth/d

 

Consistent with Paragraph 33.1 of the Tariff, a capacity holder has elected to terminate their firm transportation agreement on October 31, 2008. The volume available is shown below. GTN will offer an individual parcel of this capacity for sale via open bidding at least three months prior to the existing expiration date. Bids accepted by GTN for this capacity will not be subject to match by the current capacity holder.
