Follow roadway signs to leave airport toward Portland (heading east on Airport Way). Take the I-205 South ramp towards Portland/Salem (I-84). About 2.5 miles later, take the I-84 West exit (21B) towards Portland and merge onto I-84 West. Travel along I-84 for about 5 miles. Take the I-5 South ramp towards Salem and take the exit labelled OMSI/City Center. Veer right at the fork in the ramp, and make a slight right onto the Morrison Bridge. After the Bridge, merge onto SW Washington Street. Turn left onto SW Broadway, and make another left onto SW Columbia. Turn right onto SW Fifth Avenue. The Portland office is located on the 9th floor of the Fifth Avenue Building (FAB) between SW Columbia and SW Clay.

The building is bounded by Fifth, Clay, Fourth, and Columbia Streets. Parking is across the street at the Auditorium Garage. Entrance to the garage is on Fourth Street.
