Gas Transmission Northwest Corporation is not engaged in transportation transactions with any marketing affiliate (as defined by section 358.3(k) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's regulations (18 C.F.R. §358.3(k))), and therefore is not required to observe the Standards of Conduct at this time.  See Order No. 690, 118 F.E.R.C. ¶ 61,012, P.26 (2007).
