GTN
currently sells capacity on three paths, including its full-haul path
Kingsgate to Malin, and two paths within the full haul, which are Kingsgate
to Stanfield and Stanfield to Malin. The current available capacity at each
of these receipt and delivery points is as follows:
/1 GTN will consider requests
for capacity for individual or multiple months within this date range and
will award capacity on a non-discriminatory basis.
All currently available Long-Term
Firm capacity may be sold on a prearranged basis.
Available capacity on the Stanfield-to-Malin path includes primary firm
receipt rights at Stanfield for gas sourced from GTN's system. Some of the
Stanfield-to-Malin capacity available for sale does not include primary
receipt rights at Stanfield for gas sourced from Williams' Northwest Pipeline's
system. In the event that GTN must limit volumes through the Stanfield
compressor, that capacity, if nominated off Northwest Pipeline, will be
scheduled with a priority equal to all other firm service nominations with
secondary receipt point rights.
Back haul capacity is provided by displacement and is available up to the
amount of scheduled forward-haul capacity through a specific point. Reverse
path transactions will be made available on a secondary firm basis
consistent with paragraphs 6.1.32 and 6.18.2 in the General Terms and
Conditions of GTN's Tariff.
