Subject:  Repairs - Station 4 A-unit

Internal damage to the gas generator was discovered during a routine boroscope of the Station 4 A-unit.  Effective start of gas day September 18, 2008, and until further notice, Gas Transmission Northwest will be removing the Station 4, A-unit from service for repairs.  Until the unit is returned to service the best efforts receipt capability at Kingsgate will be restated to 2,230 MMcf/d.
