As per section 4.1.1 of the Foothills Pipelines Capacity Allocation Procedures, TransCanada plans to post an Existing Capacity Open Season on Foothills BC (Zone 8) for both Annual Firm Service and Short Term Firm service. The open season will start on October 16th, 2008 and close on October 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM MST.  Following this open season any remaining capacity will be posted into the Daily open seasons.
