In accordance with Section 33 of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume 1-A, TransCanada's GTN System (GTN) is offering parcels of 11,472 Dth/d and 10,000 Dth/d of annual, long-term firm capacity, subject to GTN's Right of First Refusal (ROFR) process that will become available June 1, 2009 and November 1, 2009, respectively.
