Gas Transmission Northwest removed Station 3, B-Unit from service for unscheduled maintenance.  Effective start of gas day December 17, 2008, the best efforts receipt capability at Kingsgate is being restated to 2,630 MMcf/d.  The capacity restriction will be in effect until further notice.
