Supplemental Website Survey  

Numerous comments in the 2004 Customer Survey alerted Gas Transmission Northwest to general dissatisfaction with our electronic interface. Gathering specific information about the actual problems you encounter is crucial to building an interface that meets your commercial needs.

 

Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions about your experience with GTN's website and E-trans. Feel free to skip questions that are not applicable to you.

 

The intent of this informal survey is to focus on the non-scheduling and non-billing issues.   Issues such as pro-rata rankings and cut codes are dependent on a re-write of the scheduling engine.   What we are looking for is your input and recommendations on ways to improve or add functionality on the informational, reporting and data entry side.   The code freeze placed on E-trans nearly three years ago was recently lifted and your comments and suggestions will be used in determining changes made as we move forward with upgrading this system.

 

We request that you complete this brief survey no later than Friday, March 18, 2005.   This will allow us an opportunity to analyze the data and deliver our action plan at the upcoming Quarterly Customer Meetings at the following dates and locations:

 

April 5, Tuesday - Calgary

April 12, Tuesday - Portland

April 14, Thursday - Houston
