High Btu gas received at Kingsgate, due to the Cochrane straddle plant outage, exceeds operating agreement gas quality limits at Malin. Based on Sections 5.4 and 5.5 of the Operating Agreement between GTN and PG&E, the parties have agreed that limiting receipts at Kingsgate for delivery to Malin will mitigate this situation. Therefore, beginning with the ID2 cycle for gas day 5 and the Evening cycle for gas day 6 Kingsgate receipts with delivery to Malin will be restricted to 800 MMcf/ day. This restriction remains in effect until further notice.
