Pursuant to Gas Transmission Northwest's (GTN) Tariffed Fuel Adjustment Provision, the February 2005 fuel and line loss percentage will remain 0.0045% per Dth/mile. This percentage is inclusive of GTN's current fuel and line loss surcharge of -0.0005% per Dth per pipeline mile. In accordance with GTN's approved tariff provision "Adjustment Mechanism for Fuel, Line Loss, and Other Unaccounted For Gas," this surcharge will be in place through June 30, 2005.

When submitting transportation nominations to GTN, please reflect the fuel percentage in your calculations.
