Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) is releasing a new build of e-trans Thursday, April 13, 2006. Customer Activities will be unavailable Thursday evening from 8:00 p.m. until Midnight PCT. The site will be available for regular business activity Friday, April 14.

This new build will make e-trans SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliant. Some notable changes that will affect our users are:

•  15 minute account lockout if user fails to log in after three attempts

•  A GTN services and contract coordinator can override the 15 minute lockout
