Due to low inventory operating conditions on the GTN Pipeline, hub service activities that draft the pipeline (parking withdrawal and lending services) will be interrupted until further notice. These conditions could persist for a week.

 

GTN would like to remind customers that parking and lending are interruptible services, allowed solely at the discretion of the pipeline as inventory conditions allow. During those periods when hub services must be disallowed, parking or lending charges may be waived. In order to have parking charges waived, a shipper must nominate to withdraw from the parking account and have a market for the gas to be withdrawn. If the withdrawal of parked gas would have otherwise scheduled but the pipeline denies the withdrawal, parking charges for the disallowed quantity will be waived for that day. Once withdrawals for the gas day have reached the allowable limit (usually on the Timely cycle), withdrawals nominated on a later cycle for that gas day will not qualify for the waiver.
