On November 30, 2004, Gas Transmission Northwest filed to remove the Mitigation Revenue Recovery Surcharge (MRRS) and the equivalent Competitive Equalization Surcharge (CES) effective January 1, 2005. On a full haul basis, shippers currently paying the MRRS/CES will see a reduction of approximately 0.62 cents per Dth. Those shippers currently receiving mitigation will see an increase equivalent to 8.49 cents per Dth on a full-haul basis and will be contacted by their Account Manager with contract-specific information.
