Gas Transmission Northwest ("GTN") hereby gives notice of the expiration, on October 31, 2007, of capacity that is currently under a long-term firm service agreement that carries a Right of First Refusal ("ROFR").

Consistent with Paragraph 33.2 of GTN's tariff ("Tariff"), the original capacity holder of the firm transportation agreement expiring October 31, 2007, has elected to enter the ROFR process.  The volume available is shown below.  Pursuant to the ROFR process outlined in Paragraph 33.2 of the Tariff, GTN will offer an individual parcel of this capacity via open bidding at least three months prior to the existing expiration date.  Bids accepted by GTN for this capacity will be subject to match by the current capacity holder.
