Pursuant to Gas Transmission Northwest's (GTN) Tariffed Fuel Adjustment Provision, the November 2004 fuel and line loss percentage will change from 0.0043% to 0.0027% per Dth/mile.  This percentage is inclusive of GTN's current fuel and line loss surcharge of 0.0000% per Dth per pipeline mile.  In accordance with GTN's approved tariff provision "Adjustment Mechanism for Fuel, Line Loss, and Other Unaccounted For Gas," this surcharge will be in place through December 31, 2004.

When submitting transportation nominations to GTN, please reflect the fuel percentage in your calculations.
