Pursuant to Gas Transmission Northwest's (GTN) Tariffed Fuel Adjustment Provision, effective November 1, 2006 through November 30, 2006, the fuel and line loss percentage will change from 0.0030% to 0.0028% per Dth/mile. This percentage is inclusive of GTN's current fuel and line loss surcharge of 0.0% per Dth per pipeline mile, which is in effect through December 31, 2006, in accordance with GTN's approved tariff provision, "Adjustment Mechanism for Fuel, Line Loss, and Other Unaccounted For Gas."
