Pursuant to Gas Transmission Northwest's (GTN) Tariffed Fuel Adjustment Provision, the September 2006 fuel and line loss percentage will remain 0.0050% per Dth/mile.  This percentage is inclusive of GTN's current fuel and line loss surcharge of 0.0% per Dth per pipeline mile.  In accordance with GTN's approved tariff provision, "Adjustment Mechanism for Fuel, Line Loss, and Other Unaccounted For Gas, " this surcharge will be in place through September 30, 2006.
