Maintenance at the Stanfield
compressor is scheduled for June 16th and 17th. During this
maintenance, Gas Transmission Northwest is restating its
physical receipt capability to 0 MMcf/d at the Williams-NWP Stanfield
receipt point. GTN will schedule receipts to the extent
that they are offset by deliveries into NWP, effectively creating
a net zero.
Should
Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) be required to curtail receipts
from Williams-NWP at Stanfield due to operating conditions, allocation
of capacity will be based on the priority of the service contract
used to receive gas into the GTN system from NWP. It is important
to note that many customers use Market Centers at Stanfield and
that the priority of Market Center service is below that of Firm
and Interruptible Transportation services. Although it is not
anticipated that this allocation procedure will be necessary,
customers should be aware of this curtailment process.
Transportation
contract nominations that connect directly to the upstream contract
of their suppliers from NWP receive the highest allocation priority.
Therefore, in the example below, transaction #1 has priority over
transaction #2 during this curtailment process. In-line transfers
flowing through Stanfield, whether using market centers or not,
are not affected, as illustrated by #3 in the diagram.
