Due to improved conditions on the pipeline, all units, with the exception of Station 9, have been returned to service.  Therefore, Gas Transmission Northwest is restating the capacity at Station 9 to 1,950 MMcf/d, effective with the Intra-day 1 Cycle for gas day Monday, November 8, 2004, and will remain in place until further notice.
