the period of February 1, 2012 through February 29, 2012, a fuel usage rate
of 0.0025% per Dth/mile inclusive of the current fuel and
line loss surcharge of 0.0% will be in effect. For illustrative
purposes only, applicable per Dth/mile rates for the most common paths are
calculated below.
