Pacific Express, the GTN System's web-based customer transaction site, was brought on-line December 9, 2006. Anyone wishing to access Pacific Express must execute a user agreement and complete an Appendix B (see the bottom of this page to download these documents). System features include:

Anyone with access to Pacific Express can view these transactions. Those who wish to bid on released capacity must request authority and be approved for credit. See GTN's Credit Requirements.

The GTN system's nomination process is accomplished through Pacific Express. Customers may nominate gas for:

Customers are able to view their own throughput information per contract on an estimated basis until volumes are reconciled.

Users get a system-wide look at estimated capacity available at certain receipt and delivery points, maintenance schedules which may affect throughput, and other operational notices such as fuel rates and the current heating value of the gas.

Customers can contract for these services via Pacific Express or by calling a GTN System services and contract coordinator. After meeting the credit requirements, customers execute their contracts electronically through Pacific Express.

Customers have access to the GTN System's tariff, including rates, regulatory bulletins and transportation discount notices.

Customers can see a list of the GTN System's customer buy/sell agreements, marketing affiliate information and a list of GTN System personnel by area of responsibility.
