Hub Services

Hub services allow customers to take better advantage of their capacity on GTN by allowing them to use available space much like a storage facility. Customers are able to borrow gas from or store gas in GTN pipeline inventory on an interruptible basis. Hub services are available at all pipeline receipt and delivery points.

Parking

Customers use this service to hold gas in GTN inventory for later delivery. Parking withdrawals must be made from the same point that the gas was parked. Once a parking account is established, deliveries and withdrawals are accomplished through the normal nomination process.

Lending

Also referred to as "authorized imbalance," GTN's lending service allows customers to borrow gas for a short time. Customers with lending accounts can take gas from pipeline inventory and repay it on a schedule established between the customer and GTN.
