PIP Surcharge

Consistent with Article VI, Paragraph G, of the Stipulation and Agreement in Docket No. RP06-407-000 and as set forth in Paragraph 35 of GTN's General Terms and Conditions, GTN hereby provides Pipeline Integrity Plan cost detail for calendar year 2007. GTN is not implementing a PIP Surcharge to recover calendar year 2007 PIP costs.
